Yes all orders are shipped with a tracking number and links so that you can follow your order.
Yes we accept returns and exchanges on most orders. Please note however, that we can’t accept refunds and returns on products that have been customised or personalised.

If you need to make changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible, as once your order has been shipped we cannot accept any changes.
Unfortunately we can only accept cancellations within the first 1-2 hours of order confirmation.
As we make each case to order, we try to be as efficient as possible in getting your order made, packed and shipped.
So once your order has left our warehouse we will not be able to accept a cancellation or any changes.
